LA PETITE FABRIQUE
A very good home. A few tables on the wide sidewalk, a few tables inside, all in a cosy and warm bistro style. The service is friendly. Four daily specials at noon. But if you arrive a little late, you will have little choice. Everything here is fresh! No more brioche sausage with port sauce and mesclun, but fortunately, there is still a part of a veal tab with small vegetables and delicious juices. No fuss and very good. For dessert, the destructured raspberry vacherin was very pleasant: small broken meringues, airy whipped cream and tasty sorbet. The meat is certified and its origin is displayed. A la carte bourgeois cuisine dishes.
