L'AGOPÉ
A strategic address for this restaurant located in the pedestrian streets, Grande-Rue, Saint-Jean Square. The chef, Sevag Agop, from the Middle East, took a few years a restaurant in the Lyonian center before joining the capital of the Drôme where it offers a very careful cuisine. On the map: dishes written like poems. On the plate: fresh products elegantly presented with what needs spices, soil, tradition, innovation and flavor. The service is stylish (too?) and the room all in length seems a little sad if you get to the bottom, far from the glass window and its light. But this won't prevent the memory of my childhood from a leaf-sheet (in fact, mini-lasagna) with cheese popping cheese from purple mustard cheese, then a long, tender, tasty lamb, served with its cake and pleurote cake. and its steaming of steam cabbage, and to finish a gourmet coffee with red fruit with red fruit, whipped cream as a cloud relieved of an exotic fruit coulis in a very successful marriage and chocolate palate. For parties order your fatty livers and other culinary delights of the chef, you will not be disappointed.
