L'ÉPHÉMÈRE
This address now has nothing short of ephemeral. Originally planned to spend the summer, it passes through the seasons and years by renewing itself in summer. You have a small room accessible by a few vintage stairs and a terrace shared with the big brother: Bistrot des Clercs, on the lovely pedestrian street Bonaparte where a fountain gleams. This small bistro address is therefore an initiative of the tireless chef Michel Chabran. You've got the day-to-day slate, but also pizzas and fries/burger. At night it's rissoto, raviole gratin, carpaccio, etc. Friendly service and sometimes a few mixes between dishes since they all come from the kitchen of the Bistrot des Clercs which add to the good child atmosphere.
