Restaurant located at two steps of the Place des Clercs offering generous dishes.

This is one of the branches of Maison Chabran. An address that's always lively: better make a reservation! This chef's bistro, a stone's throw from Place des Clercs, boasts an old-fashioned dining room and a pleasant terrace slightly set back from the pedestrian street. When it comes to cooking, it's often a no-brainer! The dishes are generous and tasty. It's best to opt for the cheapest and quickest daily menu. Otherwise, the menu is long and the classics are there, from egg mayo to steak/frites, from potato/hareng salad to beef tartare.

Bravo chef! But a small problem with the service... An obvious lack of communication between the kitchen and waiters. To our great distress, we saw the trotting tables tables, wines sought their place in the heart of hilarious or disappointed guests. We think about these young waiters who go aveuglette to be served a classification tables was layout, but the fact that the order taking was made by a different people disorganized service. Unfortunately the cuisine is excellent.
Ah yes, all the talent of a large Michel Chabran in a bistro as you imagine it, with its decor typical " brasserie town of autrefois" , its finesse and its originality in the dishes on the menu: ravioli Novels (unmissable), Gratin macaroni (lobster own not?), quenelle of perch, small stuffed, and many others...Its location and its standing (reputation and offer) make it a trendy place in Valencia.A small " bémol" all the same: prices...In short, in public noun BISTRO, there is " BIS" , asks again some and " TROT" , it is never too well eat!
