LE PETIT CLERC
A restaurant offering Savoyard comfort food, a good address opposite the Bistrot des Clercs in Valence.
Opposite the Bistrot des Clercs, this is one of the six Maison Chabran addresses, and Louis Chabran is now at the helm, having handed down the reins from his father, Michel Chabran. Fondue, raclette and tartiflette are on the menu to warm up winter. A truly Savoyard and comforting gastronomy. Also on the menu are cocottes, Burgundian fondues with three sauces. The desserts are equally delightful. Tarte Tatin, "Valrhona" chocolate profiteroles, speculoos cheesecake, rum baba, churros and homemade gianduja.
