LE BAC À TRAILLE
Chef Masashi Ijichi's Michelin-starred restaurant, co-located with La Cachette, offers a spring menu and a variety of dishes.
This is the chic bistro version of La Cachette, chef Masashi Ijichi's Michelin-starred restaurant. Le Bac à Treille occupies the first floor of the house, and its name evokes the bac à traille that used to cross the Rhône into the Ardèche at this level. Seen on the spring menu: rillettes de cochon noir de Lamastre and onion confit tart or carrot mousseline, vegetable pickles, ricotta and arugula, then sweet-spice braised beef chuck and autumn vegetable stew or fish according to arrival, bouillabaisse jus and vegetable fricassee.
