Close to the exit of the A 7 motorway and close to the N 7, this B & B is characterized by its comfort and excellent value for money. Ideal for a night and for tight budgets, the B & B offers soundproofed, clean and comfortable rooms. The one in Valencia Sud is located at the foot of the city. Another hotel in the chain is located near the exit of the Valencia Nord motorway, but you are less close to the city center and another to Romans. Breakfast is served at 6:30 a. m. (7:30 a. m. on weekends) and free parking and free parking. No restaurant on site but several proposals nearby including the Art Land (see critic in our heading «Restaurants»).

The location is near several places to eat which is nice. The reception clerk was friendly.
Ajout du 02/01/24 pour une parfaite transparence : à la suite de ma réclamation, B&B Hôtel m'a remboursé la nuit et offert une autre nuit en France.
Accueil agressif, place handicapé occupé par les salaries et par les containers poubelles et a linges !
Quand vous demandez de liberer l’espace on vous dit que c’est reserver aux vrai handicapés ! Sauf qu’Un handicap n’est pas forcement visible je suis porteur de la carte mobilite inclusion cela n est pzs forcement visible ! Et handicapé a 80% !
Odeur nauséabonde dans l’entree grosse cage avec cochon d’inde qui empeste la salle ptit dejeuner et le hall d’entrée !
Couloir rez de chausse de la chambre sent l’urine et l’odeur de chien on we rend dans la chambre en apnée !
Chambre pas du tout adapté aux handicapés ! Avec petit lit au lieu du grand lit vendu sur le site !
