Thierry Alix has transformed his mother's former bakery and patisserie into a coffee shop. Facing the station, a small corner terrace on the sidewalk, a bright brick room and other rooms in a row, with vintage furniture, creating several spaces where you can isolate yourself. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. Thierry Alix prepares fresh smoothies and, with the right Italian machine, top-of-the-range barista coffees with hearts drawn in the foam.
