The APF, a national association founded in 1933, provides invaluable assistance to people in situations of disability and their families. It provides moral and material support to all paralyzed people who need it, and campaigning for improved living conditions for people with disabilities. The volunteers of the APF allow, in particular, to accompany holiday holidays for people who could not do so without it. The APF also organizes different festive or militant animations. In the same premises as the drômoise administration of the association, a reception centre for disabled persons.
