The Sangha Loka is a circle of practitioners who meet regularly for the practice and study of Buddha teaching, according to Tibetan orientation. The Sangha Loka of Valencia is attached to the Sangha Rimay and Denys Rinpoche, a community of people following Buddha teaching, the Dharma, in the contemporary context. It develops in the continuity of the transmission lines of Tibetan Buddhism, of which His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the spiritual master and protector. This sangha welcomes no specific commitment to discover Dharma, Tibetan Buddhism and the practice of Meditation. Its activities allow a standard progression that ensures consistent transmission and monitoring of education, including through an annual cycle of introduction to the Buddha's tradition, open to all. Once a week, on Tuesday evening at 19 a. m., a time of practice (meditation) and study is proposed at meetings of the Sangha. Once a month, teaching is offered by Dharma instructors. This teaching cycle allows nine themes to discover the basics of Buddha teaching.
