PORT DE PLAISANCE DE L'EPERVIÈRE
A marina in Valence, built in 1973, with 420 berths, 60 moorings and 8 pontoons.
Valence is located along the Rhone, a river that contributed to the economic development of the city at a time when goods from the Drôme and the Ardèche left Valence for all of France or transited through this waterway. Built in 1973 on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Épervière marina is today a place of welcome for pleasure boaters. On the way to the sea, it is the most Mediterranean of the river ports in France. The port has 420 berths, 60 land-based sites and 8 pontoons. L'Epervière offers boaters many services: harbour master's office, fuel supply, craning, sanitary facilities, laundry... Whether you are just passing through or on holiday, you will appreciate the quality of the site, the discovery of the capital of the Drôme and the landscapes of the Drôme and the Ardèche, just across the Rhône. And you are only one day by boat from the Mediterranean! In June there is a beautiful Water Festival. This is also the time when birdwatchers come to observe the migratory birds of passage. Please note that during the low season, the harbour office is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Possibility of cruises on the Rhône from the port with a boat license training school. Located along the Rhone at the level of Parc Jouvet, just a few steps from the city center, the stopover completes the tourist attraction of the city by welcoming groups and cruise passengers.
