A market at the end of the day changes! At the initiative of this gourmet event, the City of Valencia, the Centre d'initiatives pour valoriser l'agriculture et le milieu rural, and local producers. The Hall aux producteurs is located under the beautiful hall on Place Saint-Jean, in the heart of the pedestrian centre. You will find local producers engaged in sustainable or even organic farming. They are about fifteen faithful who make you discover and appreciate their productions: seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheeses, cold meats, herbal teas and aromatic plants, bread and pogne, nuts and walnut oil, honey, wines and homemade beers, fruit juices and jams...
