This pastry shop has two addresses in Valencia. The first was opened rue des Alpes, the second avenue Pierre-Semard, near the station in this very greedy street that lines up the pastries. The owner, Frédéric Colomb, chocolate-pastry-caterer, organizes your weddings and receptions. His shops offer cakes, Valrhona products and above all the excellent chocolates, dragees and home-made pastries, as well as savoury puff pastries, verrines and other sweet or savoury pleasures. A love affair for multicoloured macaroons. Also a small but well thought-out selection of whiskies, fine wines, liqueurs and regional specialities. A very tempting address...
