This cheese dairy is located a stone's throw away from the Valencia city train station. It looks like a rural farmhouse and unfolds all along its length with a showcase of local cheeses that showcases the productions of the Drôme and Ardèche departments and of some neighbours, but also artisanal charcuterie, the ravioles of Mother Maury and a selection of some other good local products. The children appreciate the sculptures of cows and sheep, almost life-size. Regular promotions on certain local products. Convenient: opening on Sunday morning for a brunch, fondue or tapas meal improvised at the last minute
