The cheese dairy on avenue Victor Hugo has changed hands and name. It's now called La Chazère, in reference to the name given on farms to a cage or screened area where cheeses are dried. Chrystelle Coutif and Xavier Louison offer around a hundred mature cheeses and quality grocery products... A wide range of goat's milk cheeses (farmhouse), from the Drôme and Ardèche regions, and raw milk cheeses.
