The castle was built in the 13th century, in the time of Lord Peter of Verona. After many episodes, the Pélissier family took over the site to develop the viticulture. A good idea since at the beginning of the 21st century the descendants continue to offer good wines from a sustainable culture developing happily on Vinsobres and Mirabel-aux-Baronnies. With a red vinobres proud of its origins, 45% grenache, 45 syrah and 10 mourvèdre and a white côtes du rhône 40% grenache white, 40 clairette white, 15 marsanne, 5 bourboulenc.
