Fresh produce cuisine by chef Stéphane Coffy at a value-for-money brasserie in Annemasse.

A tavern that delights us on every visit. The terrace is one of our favorites. In his Taverne, Paul Deletraz perpetuates the fine values he shares with chef Stéphane Coffy. Tasteful, local cuisine in this benchmark brasserie, where land and sea meet: salmon tartare by the knife, home-cut steak for burgers, veal kidneys with blackberry cream, not forgetting shellfish direct from the fish tank, elegant seafood platters and sauerkraut. Homemade dishes made with fresh, local produce.

Brilliant brasserie, in the centre of annemasse. Specialities from Alsace but also delicious traditional cuisine, with fresh ingredients and well cooked. Even the desserts are homemade, and the crepe suzette flambéed in front of us, it does it! Nothing to do with the usual brasseries kanter.

Plateaux de fruits de mer gigantesque et excellents ! Très beau vivier à l'entrée de la brasserie. On passe une super soirée, et le personnel est agréable et serviable. On reviendra.

Nothing to do with the usual brasseries kanter. The cuisine is a delight, small formulas although everything is homemade. Our friends chose the seafood platter, worthy of those you taste on the ocean! The parisian brasserie atmosphere is also in the decor, and the seafood tank at the entrance is impressive. Super address on Annemasse, to feel between Brittany and Alsace!

Bonne brasserie alsacienne, sans surprise. On sait pourquoi l'on vient ; décoration chaleureuse, service efficace, nourriture d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Difficile de trouver un défaut notable ou un petit coup de coeur, probablement dû à l'aspect "chaîne" de la Taverne.
