LE MONCHU
To call your restaurant «Le Tourist», even in Savoyard patois, you must dare! After all, why not. The promise to taste a mash, fondue, brasérade and other mountain specialities in the light of a wood fire and in the heart of the village invites reflection. Unless you focus on a filet filet of Lake Geneva, at a jet jet from here. The décor, entirely composed of trinkets recovered in an ancient th century farm history, is in the mood. Unfortunately wasted by the rather random reception of the bosses. The rot arrives and one can only stay on his hunger: the cheese dose is reduced to the bare portion and the potatoes are absent. Idem for charcuterie, rather succinct and downright dry. For the price, we expected better. At least one word of savoyard will have been learned.
