A true journey through the flavours of the world! Fusion cuisine and sushi are à la carte: a steamed wonton with prawns and gyosa fried with foie gras, served in broccoli soup and served with rice chips and coriander oil; scallops on an algae salad topped with duck rillettes and tobiko eggs, with spicy seafood sauce; ribs in hoisin and hickory sauce with French fries and green papaya pickles with cinnamon and star anise or a Munchie classic, the Teriyaki duck, which alone is worth the trip.
