BEURRE NOISETTE
In an old wine bar, in the heart of the Chamonix resort, a rather ambitious restaurant has been created. Hazelnut Butter sets the bar very high: à la carte dishes and no evening menu. In a simple and even rather rustic Savoyard chalet setting, the couple of restaurateurs share the roles in an unconventional way: he is in the dining room, she is in the kitchen. Dishes of fresh and well-cooked products in a friendly atmosphere and a very friendly service. On the menu, you will find Beaufort du Val d'Arly crème brûlée, old tomato tartar with pesto and buratta or Magland snail risotto in parsley to start; the piece of pork confit with small spelt with chorizo and bacon chips or the lamb confit with thyme with vegetable nicoise in a row; and the lemon cream with crumble and whipped cream or the intense roasted peanut chocolate and salted butter caramel to close the meal. It makes you want to and the terrace at sunset is perfect to pass the score a little high, although justified by the excellence of the achievements. To discover!
