A gourmet trip to Chamonix with a cuisine combining land and sea, as well as a sushi menu. Cape Horn that is close to the summits.
In the heart of Chamonix, an elegant yet festive establishment that stays the course by offering the world's finest cuisine. A magnificent gourmet vessel run by passionate travelers Wim Robberse and Laurence Claret-Tournier. The beauty of a warm, elegant dining room, the ever-smiling service of Lucie Claret, and the traditional cuisine of a chef inspired by Asia. A perfect marriage of land and sea in creative dishes. Flavors of Japan with sushi made fresh. Another delight is the 350-strong wine list. Pleasures to share.

I wish we went to a swiss restaurant and not waste a dinner at this place. You can still go to the bar downstairs even if you dont have dinner there - that’s what I’d recommend.
