CHEZ CONSTANT
Restaurant with mezzanine and terrace with bistronomic cuisine serving transalpine dishes with local products.
In the small room, on the mezzanine or on the terrace (flowered in summer), from the Savoyard chalet to the rustic setting and contemporary decoration, according to the successful model of the Ferme de Victorine in Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe (their second address), we serve a bistronomic cuisine. Transalpine dishes and fresh products from the mountain region. On the menu, Savoyard crust with morel cream, apple reblochon nem, white truffle risotto, barbecue sauce pork rib, Marlens trout tartar, Dombes can fillet, genepi crème brûlée, strawberry tartar... the dishes of the day change according to the seasonal market. And to digest everything, a ten-minute walk to the cable car of the aiguille du Midi or the Montenvers train station at the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif, or a short walk in the centre of Chamonix!
