L'HÉLIOPIC * * * *
Atypical! In front of the cable car station to reach the top of the aiguille du Midi, an elegant hotel that will not fail to attract an international clientele to the assault of the mythical Mont-Blanc. L'Héliopic is organized around a 500 m2 spa, in two four-storey buildings that look like large chalets. The design is inspired by the 60's with a predominance of stone and wood but also warm colours and comfortable materials for a cosy atmosphere. The decoration of the rooms gives pride of place to natural and cosy fabrics, with relaxing tones for a comforting stay. The property is original, with its building overlooking a ground floor with 1,800 m2 of shops. Two restaurants - one of which offers an inventive cuisine based on fresh and quality products: Akashon, run by chef Julien Binet -, 102 rooms from 20 to 40 m2, four seminar rooms, a swimming pool, a hammam, an ice cave and a sauna, a relaxation area with fireplace, a ski shop, a reception point for high mountain guides and ski instructors... Everything is planned for groups who enjoy sports trips! The design of the High Tech spa favours the "minerality" of the lauze and raw materials for its spaces from which one can admire the view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
