The old Savoy palace, renovated in 1900 style, has become La Folie Douce Hôtels. Well known to Val d'Isère skiers for its festive atmosphere on the slopes, the group has been investing in the Haute-Savoie mountains for several years now and is launching into the hotel business in 2019 at the Chamonix international site. En revanche, il y a un vrai problème de personnel et cela impact la qualité de service de l'hotel.
Hygiène et propreté à revoir dans l'espace piscine et sauna.
