Responsable ou chef pas très commerciale. Sa façon de parler à la clientèle ne se fait pas du tout. Elle oublie certainement que c'est grâce aux clients qu'elle a un salaire !!!

Nous sommes venus au mois d août. L appartement était aux soldanelles. Très 'bon Emplacement mais ce que nous avons regretté c est la saleté de l appartement , le BZ avec lattes cassées etc dommage

We had a terrible experience with Chatel Reservation. The owner of the apartment tried to keep our deposit because we supposedly did not leave the apartment clean enough. However, this was not true and we also paid a lot of money in advance to have it cleaned after our stay. When we told this to the people of chatelreservation they then claimed that we broke things so they would keep the deposit. It turned out that one table that was outside, and we did not even touch, had a broken leg. Finally, the most bizarre thing was that he told us we broke his barbeque, even though there was no barbeque in the apartment. After a lot of discussion, he gave us back a part of the deposit and then drove off. The people of Chatel Reservation tried to convince us that we made a good deal with the owner, while actually we got scammed for a few hundred euro's. This might explain the cheap apartments... If you decide to book your apartment here, please be aware of this. And carefully inspect the entire apartment before your stay so they can't blame any already existing damages on you!

J'avais trouvé une location avec jardin à un prix avantageux, il m'a été promis de me garder cette location pour signer dans les trois jours. Je suis revenue deux jours après et cette location était louée. Je n'ai pas trouvé cela sérieux.
