L’ÉPICURIEN
It is in a previous 5 th century building that Véronique and François invite you in their field of rooms and a hostel whose reputation is no longer to be done. Many formulas are offered and its famous rôtisserie in the old oven will delight the lovers of good meat. More traditional dishes reminiscent of the Savoyard origin of Véro in contrast to Francis'origins, which are highlighted through Burgundy's smoked dishes; Bourgogne snails cooked in raw fruit, eggs in meurette, smoked ham and sausage from Savoy. The map of Rôtisserie is another good reason to travel: pork pork and pepper, lamb chops, hand-shaped 5 A andouillette, day fish or a delicious beef rib. What brings our two guests closer together is undoubtedly the sense of hospitality in a friendly, friendly and without ulterior motive, and to finish the meal, take advantage of the repertoire of French songs that François will interpret you to the piano.
