A culinary experience with new chef Vincent Adam at a restaurant with terrace in Clermont-Ferrand.

After 12 years at the helm (and in the kitchen) of the Auberge, chef Philippe Junillon hands over the keys to Sophie and Vincent, the new owners. The Auberge is well worth a visit, both for its exceptional setting and for the cuisine offered by chef Vincent Adam. Inspired by local, seasonal, quality produce, this cuisine has everything to delight us. A very promising address that we can't wait to try out. A pleasant little terrace as soon as the warm weather returns!

Nous voulions absolument venir découvrir cette adresse cité par le le futé, après la visite du chateau. Et cela vaut la curiosité. la cuisine est pleine de saveurs, disposé avec savoir faire dans les assiettes. C'est raffiné, il y a de l'originalité, et au final, super journée entre le chateau et le restaurant (indépendant). Régal

small, friendly inn with fresh, good quality ingredients cooked. the dishes are well presented, and the welcome is friendly. You could not enjoy the terrace, but nice and quiet, go during a next passage in the sun.

Restaurant qui ne paie de mines. Cadre chaleureux, petite carte où tout est maison, belle présentation, et accueil très agréable. Petits plaisirs gourmands à 3/4 d'heure d'annecy, dans la campagne et près du chateau. Royal ! Ca le fait bien, des produits de saison, et des saveurs.
