A culinary experience with new chef Vincent Adam at a restaurant with terrace in Clermont-Ferrand.
After 12 years at the helm (and in the kitchen) of the Auberge, chef Philippe Junillon hands over the keys to Sophie and Vincent, the new owners. The Auberge is well worth a visit, both for its exceptional setting and for the cuisine offered by chef Vincent Adam. Inspired by local, seasonal, quality produce, this cuisine has everything to delight us. A very promising address that we can't wait to try out. A pleasant little terrace as soon as the warm weather returns!
