LA PETITE COUR
Restaurant with a shaded terrace where you can enjoy the chef's cuisine with the best seasonal products.
Naturally, it has all the makings of a big one, this Small Court led by Chief Hervé Negrello. In the heart of the charming village of Cornier, surrounded by the mountains, this house offers a beautiful terrace shaded by the vine, as well as two warm and tastefully decorated rooms. Taste is the key to a cuisine that follows the rhythm of the best seasonal products. Short menu for maximum freshness and quality. Every autumn, during the hunting season, it is the return of the game. Other house specialities not to be missed: the home-made smoked sea bass with beech wood, a must have foie gras cooked in a cloth, the fillets of perch from the meunière lake or white butter, but also a home-made beef tartare cut with a knife. Desserts in the same spirit. A mix of flavours and delicious cuisine that make this address a sure bet.
