PUNJABI
In a city like Douvaine, where one can taste the flavors of the world, take the Punjabi. This typical Indian restaurant is already a delight for its sunny and zen atmosphere. Good point: the servers are scrupulously listening. As for decoration, it transports us to Gandhi's country both on appearance and on fragrant scents. Like Annemasse's sister institution, the dishes characterize the local cuisine perfectly, mainly as a result of condiments: curry, turmeric, cloves and other cardamom. Nothing like a cheese naan, chili or keema to accompany this rich meal. The only two weak points in this restaurant would be the time of service - sometimes interminable - and, not least, the curious presence of beef à la carte. Yes, cattle are sacred in India!
