You would feel in a Venetian restaurant, bordered by the Adriatic. The warm atmosphere in the Vesuvio area is just as much in the service as on the plates. Some may appreciate the smell of fresh truffle and that of a pizza just leaving the wood oven; an overview of the number of dishes presented on the map. A hunch that checks once you settle at the table… red that goes without saying! When one of the waitresses or one of the servers approaches to take the order with a sunny accent, it is difficult to answer him at the first blow. Because you cannot leave the hotel without having tasted the Tiziana Doc pizza (Tomato, mozarella mozarella, fresh vintages and basil) or Aux alla Norma accompanied by a good Duvernay wine. The choice is all the more elusive when we know that the products are fresh, coming straight from Italy. In all honesty, this establishment represents the know-how of Italian gastronomy.
