In this beautiful contemporary vessel made of wood, steel and glass, each guest slides on the waters of the lake, installed on an exceptional terrace. Everything is only luxury, calm and voluptuousness, between terrace and room naturally highlighted, but also gourmet delights in this refined place that lacks neither warmth nor flavours. On the menu side, you make your choice and establish your menu according to your desires by adding the letters of the Zen attitude: Z for an appetizer - lake perch in gravlax, crushed tomatoes and basil; E for a dish - lacquered half-magret, fallen from cabbage to Provençal style. A trendy fusion cuisine that ends at the letter N for a dessert - an unstructured opera, praline mousse, coffee biscuit. The selected wine list promises beautiful harmonies.
