At the edge of the beach, in the hotel restaurant run by the same family for five generations, the chef Jean-Luc Delachaussée offers traditional cuisine in a country setting. Salmon, perch fillets, pike, arctic char, venison... the products of the region have pride of place, presented according to the seasons in generous and gourmet dishes awarded the title of Master Restaurateur. To discover, the home-made foie gras and the wild boar stew, in autumn. Before leaving, we borrow a deckchair for a little nap in the grass while enjoying the view of Lake Geneva.
