AUBERGE DE GROISY
The old nineteenth century farmhouse is charming. The environment, at the top of the village with panoramic views over the Parmelan and the valley of the Bornes, is a haven of peace, bucolic. An ideal romantic setting for tasty dining at the Auberge de Groisy. Philippe Noël's refined cuisine is in perfect harmony with the completely renovated spaces managed by Sylvia. Composed of three small coziness rooms of stone and milled wood, contemporary and bright, and an intimate room, for group meals, on the first floor and at noon in summer, a furnished terrace opens onto the magnificent Bornes massif. here, the chef selects his products with great care and even makes his bread! He makes breathtaking dishes, such as this declination of foie gras and soup of foie gras to the chicken jelly in truffle juice, a great specialty of the house. Cooked dishes to the nearest degree, a laced lobster with spices and a purée of missed frequencies, desserts prepared per minute with this delicate hot soufflé in Grand-Marnier where ice and emulsified sorbets, fresh and tasty! Gastronomic cuisine and attentive service, without being guted. A beautiful inn!
