The establishment is located before the impressive bridge crossing as suspended to a hundred meters between two walls above the Abyss, which carries its name well! You can settle in a beautiful, rustic room and enjoy the beautiful view, unless you prefer to enjoy the magnificent panoramic terrace and its exceptional view to take a break and spend a relaxing meal or a comfortable stay in this welcoming hotel. On the map, there is a well-composed Chéran base with du hot reblochon, Cru ham, green salad and a vegetable topping, but still a seasonal bowl, such as the saumon salmon, or a few dishes such as the almond trout or the filet to the morels. We take up forces and its breath, before it is cut off by this exceptional landscape.

De passage à Gruffy, on s'est arrêté aux Gorges du Cheran. Très bon resto avec un agréable accueil.
