The Fruit of the Three Massif, became Fruit du Lake after its Redemption by the Chabert fruit, combine traditional know-how and new techniques. Open for sale and for free visits during the day, it is only in the morning from 9 am to 10 pm that the manufacture of the Tome, De and Abundance may be visible (through the glass space). The Fruitière of the Five Senses, a museum space, broadcasts a 20-minute film on the traditional manufacture of tommes. It is open during school holidays or by appointment the rest of the year.
