LAC DE LA CROSSETAZ
An opportunity to mix history and nature, and to discover the ruins of a castle and the lake.
In the heart of the Vallée Verte, Habère-Lullin is a blend of history and nature. For history, next to the village church are the ruins of a 15th-century château. Set on fire, it was the tragic scene of the Nazi massacre of a group of young people in December 1943. Near the memorial, a path leads in 10 minutes to Lac de la Crossetaz. Before the lake, access to the Menoge stream to refresh your feet. A footbridge leads to the peaceful lake, where you can fly-fish for trout.
