Combining traditional know-how and new techniques, this local fruit harvest collects the milk from local farms to make tomme from Savoy. It is open to the public for the sale of tomme of course, but also of Abundance, of Savoy of Savoy and other fruit cheeses made by the Fruitières Fruit, which for three generations perpetuate the great tradition of fruit in Haute-Savoie, and also in Savoie since 2010. Indeed, since the 2000 s, the company has gradually built up numerous independent citrus fruits on Haute-Savoie and Savoy.
