HOTEL LES CORNETTES * * *
The family farm of the Trincaz was transformed into a hostel since 1894 and since then five generations of hotels have succeeded Macaroni hotel. The result is constant expansion and new developments such as the relaxation area with swimming pool and spa, and more recently the Farm of Grandpa Gaby renovated to become a place of reception with museum. The rooms are in the image of this heritage history, their Savoyard style with carved wood, wall wall painted walls and colours in colour, red and white. They offer a splendid panorama of the famous Macaroni de Bise, the massif that gives its name to the ancestral hotel. The restaurant has excellent value for money with gourmet specialities such as this foie gras of duck and goose in salad (green beans, artichokes and fig compote), this tournedos to the morels or the filet net of the ceps and risotto but also traditional local dishes. A land that can be found in the original care with milk bath and relaxation on bed of apricot grasses. Unique!
