L’ANGELICK
In the right place, this village house restored with taste welcomes us in a warm decor, slightly rustic with a contemporary note of the best taste. From the outset we feel good. Three menus that change over the seasons. Products of extreme freshness and chef Yannick Janin do not hesitate to miss a product instead of serving a dish that does not fully satisfy the taste buds. Menus discovered, sensations or chills, dishes are sought and beautifully presented, real paintings! We're really hesitating at this menu of the same name with a noix nuts and citronella emulsion, a seabream filet "that on one side" conflict and cinnamon fennel à, beet caramel, pea caramel, a homemade sherbet to make our senses and then candied lamb mouse, with roasted vegetables and braisage juice to candied lemons. We will let you discover the sweet note. A kitchen that one is not close to forgetting!
