Once through the door, three centuries disappear to give us a glimpse of an authentic mountain farmhouse beautifully renovated. The period decor helps to immerse us in the life of yesteryear - we would not be surprised to see the "grandfather" return to feed the fire. Here the chef's creations are surprising. There are the expected specialties - fondue, tartiflette à l'ancienne, pela des Aravis... but also a more familial cuisine - fricassee of pork cheek à l'ancienne, gratin of ravioles... An inventive and generous cuisine and a friendly service !
