PIZZERIA CASANOVA
More than just a pizzeria, this small restaurant, in 10 years, has been able to build an excellent reputation. The recipe: Sophie's good contagious mood, exceptional Senegalese evenings, Jean Paul's preparations and pizzas (probably the best of the station), but not only! Of course everything is home, after careful selection of the meal. We're always trying to percer the secrecy of the chef's lusatian recipes, which give a unique taste to the sauces, but in vain. Moreover, even mountain specialities are personalized: fondues to grated cheese by his care, famous au au reblochon fermier… Enjoy its conveyors with raw milk, its Savoyard marmiton (in a small personalized caquelon), its diots to white wine with shallots sauce, and its pizzas, some of which are original, but all have a unique taste (cognac, foie gras, honey-honey…), and its civet of marcassin! Okay, we love the atmosphere, the service always smiling, the sun evenings, and the sauces, home too! It is a great place to stay in the heart of the city.
