LAC DE LA COUR
In the middle of the mountain pastures, this high-altitude lake dedicated to fishing is a pleasant place to go for a family walk. We go there by the road of the Grandes Alpes, towards the Col de la Colombière, dear to amateur and professional cyclists - who may choose on this occasion to do the cross country mountain bike tour via the cable car from the Rosay cable car or the Chatelet chairlift. By car, go to the road of Envers du Chinaillon and park at the Mulaterie car park. In a little over an hour, by the Mulaterie hiking trail which crosses typical hamlets such as Les Bouts and Le Venay, then the chemin du Lac which enjoys a spectacular view of the peak of Le Jalouvre, you can reach Lac de la Cour. On site, a picnic area and two stone barbecue areas (wood to be requested from the local fishing club on site in July and August) provide a friendly and nature-friendly stopover. The return is just as easy.
