In the north of the Bouchet valley, the Denis Bastard Rosset farm produces the reblochons on site and offers a direct sale to individuals. To get there, turn left towards the road de la Chapelle and continue until it. A sign indicates the farm. The chalet is 250 m further up on the left. It is also one of four farms that receive groups for heritage tours. Registration at the tourist office: please note that there is no possibility of a visit for individuals. This old chalet with its traditional and authentic architecture offers visitors an introduction to the typical construction of the Grand-Bornand chalets, the life of a farm and the making of the reblochon, which will be tasted at the end of the visit. A visit with a heritage dimension, to savour a local production that is regularly cited as one of the best farm reblochon farmers in the canton - in 2013, he received the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris!

Ferme où depuis notre visite effectuée avec l'office de tourisme du Grand Bornand nous revenons pour son reblochon. Famille productrice attachée à son patrimoine et à le faire partager aux plus jeunes comme aux plus vieux. Et un des mellieurs reblochons de la vallée. Merci

A tous les amoureux du fromage ou simplement intéressés par un accueil authentique, rendez visite à ce couple passionné par son métier. Car il s'agit bien d'agriculteurs de montagne qui produisent un excellent reblochon de Savoie.
Ils savent parler de leur cheptel comme de leur vie quotidienne. Si vous passez quelques temps dans le pays bornandin et désirez rapporter des reblos en quantité pensez à prévenir afin d'avoir la maturité voulue.
