GAEC D’HERMY
This traditional farm produces reblochon fermier and lets you visit all year round. The steps of making cheese can be freely discovered through the explanatory panels that are the visit or book a guided tour with tasting to better appreciate the discovery. A final tasting proposes to enjoy in situ the flavour of this dairy cheese with raw milk, recognizable by its green casein bubble. In summer, you should not miss the beautiful walk (easily accessible by family) which leads to the pass of the Annes with a gourmande break at the alpine chalet. The farm is located on the pass, opposite the restaurant La Cheminée; from the village, take the direction of the Bouchet valley, cross it to the Chapel of Plans, then turn left direction the Col pass. For the most experienced, continue up to the Keys Pass following the path of crêtes which offers a splendid view over the two valleys of Chinaillon and Du. You can even go down on the Maroly!
