LA TRABLA
In the hotel La Chemenaz, a typical Savoyard restaurant with the apparent poutraisons with a monumental fireplace of wood on the painted edge of flower garlands. Charming! On the menu: A traditional kitchen with the essential famous, fondues, warm stones and reblochonnades. But the chef, François Gautier, is also able to show originality by offering creative recipes based on gambas, Jacques and fish. Sweet sweets invite the visitor to escape from more exotic notes by choosing a «Taste of the Islands» or a «melting Heart Vanilla Vanilla Sphere». The map evolves according to the seasons. Everything is served with delicious local wines. Vegetarian dishes are easily detected on the map with their green leaf symbol.
