All winter long, the Crychar restaurant and chef Gregory Delechat offer a unique menu featuring fresh produce that changes daily. In summer, the formula is revisited with a gourmet board, themed aperitifs and tapas on the terrace, which offers a marvellous natural setting. In winter, the dining room offers a warm and inviting setting. Inspired by seasonal markets and local produce, the chef creates gastronomic versions of his dishes with remarkable skill. The wine list features over 250 wines selected by Céline.
