A real favorite, on the heights of Coupeau, opposite the center of Les Houches, the chalet hotel Les Campanules enjoys a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc massif. What a pleasure to have an aperitif in the garden, looking at the glaciers and the peaks! The interior of the hotel has nothing to envy to the 3 star hotels of the valley: everything seems to have been hand carved in the surrounding forest. The rooms, carefully decorated, are worthy of a luxury hotel.

Een ster minder omdat er geen vegetarische optie op de kaart stond. Dit zegt niets over de medewerkers of de kok, die dachten wel mee. Maar ik vind het raar dat zo een hotel niet standaard iets voor vegetariërs op de kaart heeft in deze tijd. Nu moet je je bezwaard voelen om de al met zorg bedachte gerechten aangepast moeten worden. Hopelijk stootte dit de chef-kok niet voor het hoofd.
