An authentic mountain pasture farm at an altitude of 1,400 metres. In the former Croix-Fry family farm - the birthplace of the Veyrat family, the most famous of which, Marc, the three-starred chief, cannot be ignored - Isabelle took over the torch from the fourth generation of women. In the Savoyard chalet, with its chic and warm comfort and decorated with authentic Savoyard objects, she welcomes us to the Table de Marie-Ange, a name given in honour of her mother, Marc's older sister. In terms of cuisine, it is his brother, the chef Eric Guelpa, who has created a cuisine that revisits the Savoyard terroir. Typical, superb products and traditional dishes are à la carte in a neat presentation. Flavours from childhood have been rediscovered and products sublimated: cep mushroom rissoles, polenta soup with truffles, reblochon pie, iced soufflé with genepi, walnut pie. The wine list is in harmony with these delicacies of yesteryear. A gourmet immersion in the Aravis mountain pastures!
