A real institution at the foot of the slopes and a change of direction since last season! The terrace is ideal for a break and lunch from a daily special or snack formula or for a hot drink on a deckchair in the middle of the snow while admiring the dexterity of the surfers and the Tournette in the distance. Inside, the room, decorated in the purest Savoyard style, is warm and welcoming. The service is adorable and despite some lengths due to the success, it is nice to eat by the fire. A quality mountain restaurant where you can enjoy the dish of the day (served with a green salad) or one of the two suggestions that vary every day, depending on the freshly arrived products: a delicious combination of salmon steak, langoustines, mushroom sauce accompanied by crozets (savoyard square pasta with buckwheat); a veal forest sauce and endives with orange, pot-au-feu, veal head, ham.... but also a Fonfon Burger with butchered steak All is homemade, all is good! The dessert is superb, homemade too, like the excellent blueberry pie! At Fonfon, a must-see address at La Croix-Fry!
